Worst car buying experience I have ever had. I went in there to purchase a ford taurus sho with my fiancée. We were approved however this dealership would not work with us because they wanted so much money down. I get it if you don't have good credit then I understand but I've been to other dealerships where they'll work within your budget and credit. Well, I told John the sales guy that I can have my dad cosign, but he said it wouldn't make a difference considering my dad has very good credit. That's the point of having a cosigner to get you the best rate and best car payment. I called the sales manager if he can work within our budget. I left a voicemail, and he never returned my phone call. Then my fiancée me tells that they sold the car considering that we were very interested. Well long story short sales manager did apologize to my girlfriend, and he said that our down payment would have been enough, so our sales guy was just greedy to get the commission. Stay away from this dealership as it's the worst car buying experience I experienced. Be careful buying from this dealership too because they are greedy and have poor customer service. This dealership just lost a customer and we got approved at another dealership for the same car with lesser miles too:)
